1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. 2. Heat oil and butter over medium heat in a large pot until hot and melted. 3. Add onion and cook for 20 minutes, until tender. 4. Stir in garlic, salt, cumin, coriander, allspice and pepper and cook 1 more minute. 5. Add tomatoes and beans and heat to boiling over medium high heat. 6. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Add pasta and cook until heated through. 8.
