1. Add all ingredients for hummus in the blender until smooth. 2. Combine the first 8 ingredients for the sandwich. 3. Cover and chill for 2 hours. 4. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each pita round. 5. Sprinkle lettuce, radishes and olives across centers of pitas. 6. Top with tomato mixture; sprinkle with cheese. 7.
