Minced Meat Topped With Runny Eggs


1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sautè till they turn golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and sautè. Add the meat and cook until done. (Throw in the bell peppers and tomato when the meat is about three quarter done).

2. Then add black pepper, cumin powder, green chilies and garam masala. Add tomato paste and sautè.

3. Crack the eggs gently into the pan. Cover with lid and let it simmer for 2 mins (cook longer for well done eggs).

4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
