1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. 2. In a large bowl, combine the onion, parsley, garlic,oregano, salt and pepper. Crumble the turkey over the mixture and mix well. Shape it into 16 2 inch patties. 3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink.
