1. mix the potato with tamarnid pulp and salt.and stuff green chillies with potato mixture. 2. Combine gramflour, chilli powder, carom seeds,garlic powder,salt and water (as required) in a bowl. 3. Mix well. 4. Heat oil in a wok. 5. Dip green chillies into the above prepared batter. 6. Deep fry in hot oil. 7.
