1. In a medium pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and cook the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. 2. Add sesame seeds and mix well. 3. Add sake, chicken stock, sake, soy sauce and pepper. 4. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. 5. Whisk in the miso. 6. To assesmble the soup, place noodles in individual bowls, then fill up with soup stock.
