1. soak all daals separatetly for atleast 2 hours. 2. Spare 1tbsp of channadaal aside. 3. Drain&grind; them together,along withcoconut to a soft&stiff; dough. 4. Chop green chillies&crush; ginger and garlic. 5. Add all other ingredients to the daal mixture except OIL. 6. Now heat oil,make the dough like small vadas (like cutlets). 7. Deep fry them till they get golden crispy brown. 8. Seve hot with fresh coconut chutney or tomato ketchup. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
