1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. Grease a 2 1/2 quartcasserole with cover. 3. Bring 2 cups water and wild rice to a boil;cover and simmer 20 minutes. 4. Drain; transfer to casserole. 5. Add barley, oats, raisins, dates, brown sugar,butter, cinnamon and remaining water. 6. Cover andbake 1 hour 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, oruntil grains are tender. 7.
