Mixed Veggies With Warm Walnut Sauce


1. Combine walnuts, yoghurt, cheese, egg white, garlic and mint leaves in a saucepan.

2. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes.

3. Dont boil.

4. Remove from heat.

5. Add salt, pepper, chopped red and green bell peppers'.

6. Serve over stir-fried veggies!
