Mjuk Kaka Danish Cake


1. Heat oven to 350ºF.

2. Sift flour, baking soda and cardamon together.

3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

4. Add eggs, beat well.

5. Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately and beat well.

6. Pour into well greased bundt pan.

7. Bake one hour.

8. Cool 5 minutes.

9. Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack. Dust cake lightly with powdered sugar.
