Mocha Cheesecake


1. Preheat oven to 400* degrees F.

2. Mix crust ingredients together, press into 9in pie plate.

3. Bake for 5 minutes.

4. Melt chocolate in large bowl, I do this in the microwave.

5. Add cream cheese, eggs, and sugar.

6. Beat on med for 2 minutes, until creamy.

7. Add instant coffee and salt; mix well.

8. Pour into crust.

9. Bake at 400* for 10 minutes.

10. Reduce oven temperature to 325* degrees F.

11. Continue baking for 50-60 minutes, until set.

12. Turn oven off; leave cheesecake in oven until it has cooled.

13. In small saucepan, bring topping ingredients to a boil.

14. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.

15. Cool.

16. Drizzle over cheesecake.
