1. Melt the butter over medium heat. 2. Add flour and cook for 1 min. 3. while stirring with a whisk or fork. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Add milk. 6. Whisk until smooth. 7. Beat in the egg yolk and cook for 1 min. 8. Stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper. 9.
