Moist Chocolate Cake


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cream together margarine and sugar.

3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.

4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda; mix well.

5. Mix in sour cream.

6. Lightly grease 8x8 baking dish.

7. Dust dish with cocoa powder to prevent sticking.

8. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

9. Don't worry, the middle will sink a bit.
