1. Brown pork in fat.

2. Remove meat from skillet.

3. Add onion, pepper, and mushrooms.

4. Cook gently 3 minutes Add chop Suey vegetables, chestnuts, stock, and pork.

5. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

6. Stir til smooth.

7. Add to meat.

8. Simmer 10-15 minutes.

9. Serve over rice.
