1. Slice onions and separate into rings. 2. Combine beaten egg, milk, oil, flour and salt; stir until smooth. 3. Dip onion rings into batter. 4. Let excess batter drip off. 5. Fry for 2-3 minutes and place on paper towels to drain. 6. Freezing instructions: place in freezer bags and freeze.
