Mom'S Italian Meatballs


1. Soak bread in some water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeeze out moisture.

2. Combine bread with everything else except olive oil, mixing well.

3. Form in small balls (about 20).

4. Brown slowly in oil, watching closely to prevent scorching.

5. Add to spaghetti sauce.

6. Cook 30 minutes in the sauce.
