Mom'S Swiss Steak


1. Preheat oven 350F degrees.

2. Brown steak lightly in olive oil.

3. Place in roast pan.

4. Sauté garlic apple and onions.

5. Add to meat.

6. Place remaining ingredients in sauté pan; bring to a boil.

7. Pour over meat.

8. Seal tightly with foil.

9. Bake 2 hours.
