Mom'S Wedding Soup


1. Make 1" meatballs and brown in the oven or on the stovetop in olive oil.

2. Combine meatballs, chicken broth, bouillon and spinach in a soup pot.

3. Simmer for 30 min (as desired.) Skip this step for the meatless version.

4. Add pasta and cook per package instructions until done.

5. Beat eggs with a dash of water and slowly add to simmering soup while stirring.

6. Add parmesan and serve.
