Moroccan Lettuce Tacos


1. In a pan over a medium heat, fry the onion gently in the olive oil. When it starts to soften, add the lamb, cumin, and paprika. Season and fry for a further 10 mins, until everything is dark and caramelised.

2. Spoon the lamb mixture into the lettuce leaves to create a 'taco' effect. Scatter over the feta cheese to finish.
