1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion and garlic until soft. 3. Add the tomatoes and spices and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until tomatoes break down. 4. Season the sauce, then add the almonds and chickpeas. 5. Fold the herbs into the sauce. then add the pasta to the pot with the sauce and toss. 6.
