1. Saute the onion in olive oil until golden. 2. Add tomato; cook. 3. Add garlic; cook. 4. Add turmeric, ground cumin, salt and pepper. 5. Add parsley. 6. Add cilantro; cook. 7. Add 1 cup water. 8.
