1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. 2. Position knife blade in food processor, add tomatoes. 3. Pulse 3 to 4 times or until amost smooth, set aside. 4. Coat a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray, add oil, and place over medium-high heat until hot. 5. Add the onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes or until tender. 6. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. 7. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. 8. Stir in parlsey and basil. 9.
