1. Boil potatoes till tender. Drain and Peel. 2. Pour off all but 4 tablespoons bacon fat; add onion and cook 1 minute. 3. Blend in flour, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. 4. Slowly add in vinegar & water; cook and stir till thick. 5. Add crumbled bacon. 6. Pour dressing over peeled, sliced potatoes. 7.
