1. Prepare home canning jars and lids according to manufacture's instructions. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepot. 3. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. 4. Carefully ladle hot salsa into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. 5. Wipe rim and threads of the jar with a clean, damp cloth. 6. Place lid on jar and screw band sown evenly and firmly, fingertip tight. 7. Process 15 minutes in a boiling water canner. 8.
