1. Bring all ingredients except pork chops to a boil in a medium saucepan. 2. Simmer on low for 1/2 hour. 3. Place pork chops in large baking pan. 4. Place one or two slices of onion on each chop and top off with lemon slice. 5. Pour sauce over top of chops. 6. Cover with foil wrap. 7.
