1. boil potatoes and mash with fork.

2. Combine the oats, salt, and butter until you get a dough like consistency.

3. Roll dough to 1 inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.

4. Melt more butter in the pan and fry until golden brown.

5. (Real butter works best).
