1. Spray a medium saucepan with spray oil and heat over medium heat.

2. Add onion, pepper and garlic and cook until tender.

3. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano and cumin.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
