Multi Purpose Fruit Mince


1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat.

2. Cook stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes until fruit if plump and warm.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Mix in spices.

5. Cool before using.

6. Will keep in a sterilised jar in a cool; dry place for up to 5 months.
