1. sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt. 2. brown chicken on both sides in a little oil or margerine ( if you're in a really big hurry you can skip this step, it just helps to make the chicken a little more tender). 3. place chicken in a casserole dish. 4. cover chicken with mushroom soup straight from the can. 5. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6. serve over rice or mashed potatoes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
