Mushrooms On French Toast (Ciuperci Pe Friganele)


1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (This is an estimated guess).

2. MUSHROOM MIXTURE:

3. Rub mushrooms clean.

4. Chop mushrooms.

5. Melt butter in pan and sauté them with dill.

6. When ready, about 10 minutes, add salt and remove from heat.

7. TOAST:

8. Slice baguette.

9. Mix other ingredients in a large bowl.

10. Wet bread in mixture and then place a thick layer of mushrooms on top; smooth with a knife.

11. Place on baking sheet or dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

12. Then bake "pancakes" for 10 minutes.
