Mussels In Tomato Sauce And Parmesan


1. 1.Stew the onion and minced garlic in olive oil,add chili,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick.Put some salt and pepper.

2. 2.Put the shells in a big pot with boiling water,and boil some minutes.

3. 3.In a tray,put the mussels who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan and minced fresh ,then,put them in the oven,at a medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
