1. Melt butter in large pan. 2. Pour in wine and bring to boil. 3. Add mussels and cover pan with lid. 4. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, lightly shake the pan every minute. 5. Remove mussels with tongs onto serving dish (leaving liquid) and discard any mussels that are still closed. 6. Bring the remaining liquid to a boil. 7. Season with salt and pepper and stir in parsley. 8. Pour liquid over the mussels and serve immediately. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
