1. Preheat over to hot. Combine mustard's, juice, oil, garlic, peper, rosemary, zucchini,. 2. and capsicum in a large bowl, add chicken. 3. Cover and stand 10 minutes. 4. Remove chicken, reserve marinade and vegetables. 5. Place chicken on oil covered rack in a baking dish and bake uncovered in hot oven 15 minutes. 6.
