1. Put the ingredients in the order listed into the top pot of a double boiler and whisk with a wire whisk to break the eggs. 2. Set the bottom pot of the double boiler with water on stove to boil. When water is boiling turn down the heat a little and put the top pot into the water. 3. Cook the mustard over the boiling water for about 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally until the mixture coats the back of spoon. 4.
