1. Cut paneer into 1 X 2 inch rectangles of 1/2 inch thickness. 2. Combine panner, ginger and garlic in a bowl. 3. Marinate for an hour in the refrigerator. 4. Barbecue the paneer on an electric grill or shallow-fry in a non-stick frying pan. 5. Heat 3 tbsps. 6. of ghee in a large non-stick wok. 7. Add onions. 8. Stir-fry until golden in colour. 9. Add corriander, cumin, cinnamon, chilli and turmeric powders. 10. Stir-fry for a minute. 11. Add paneer, mango puree, cream, lime juice and salt to taste. 12. Stir. 13. Mix gently. 14. Cook for a few minutes on low flame until the gravy is slightly thick. 15. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves. 16.
