1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. As soon as the butter is melted, add the heavy cream and salt, and stir to mix. 3. Continue to heat until steam is rising, but not until boiling. 4. Add the parmesan cheese, and whisk until the cheese begins to melt. Remove from heat and toss with prepared noodles immediately, until cheese is melted. 5. Serve!
