My Greek Meatballs


1. Soak bread in Ouzo for 5 minutes. Squeeze dry.

2. Heat oil in a skillet.

3. Add onions. Saute 3 minutes. Remove. Let cool.

4. Stir into bread, turkey, egg, mint, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

5. Shape into meatballs. Coat with flour.

6. Place on a rack over a baking sheet. Chill 1 hour.

7. Heat oil in a skillet.

8. Add meatballs. Brown 10-15 minutes.
