My Homemade Meatballs


1. Mix all ingredients except the sauce and pasta.

2. Mix it well--use your hands to make sure that you get it thoroughly combined.

3. Roll into little balls (as big as you like them).

4. Cook them in sections until they are all cooked.

5. Remove excess oil.

6. Put all meatballs back in pan.

7. Put in sauce and if it's not to your consistency, add maybe half a cup of water.

8. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then pour over cooked pasta.
