1. Knead 10 minutes. 2. Place in greased bowl and let rise until it doubles. 3. Make ropes 18 inches long and twist into pretzel shape. 4. Boil: 4 cups water and 4 tsp. baking soda. 5. Drop 3 pretzels in and boil 1 minute or until they float. 6. Remove, drain, and place on cookie sheet. 7. Sprinkle with coarse or pretzel salt. 8.
