No Fuss Roast Beef


1. Combine the first four ingredients; rub over roast.

2. Place roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan.

3. Dot with butter.

4. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-3/4 to 3 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness.

5. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before carving.

6. Thicken pan drippings for gravy if desired.
