1. Dry the cherries on paper towel. 2. Cream the butter and gradually mix in the icing sugar and orange juice. 3. Add coconut and mix well. 4. Note: this mixture will be soft. 5. Roll a small portion of the coconut mixture evenly around each cherry and then roll in graham wafer crumbs. 6.
