1. Mash hard cooked egg yolks very finely; cream with uncooked egg yolks, salt and sugar. 2. Add butter and flour alternately, a little at a time. 3. Cover and chill until stiff. 4. Preheat oven to 400°F. 5. Roll dough into strips 1/2" in diameter and about 5" long. 6. Shape into rings, crossing the ends. 7. Dip in egg white, then in sugar. 8.
