Norwegian French Toast


1. Beat eggs, milk, liqueur, sugar, vanilla, and butter in a large bowl until smooth.

2. Dip bread quickly into egg mixture, and pan fry in hot butter until golden brown on both sides.

3. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, if desired.

4. Serve hot with syrup.

5. Makes about 4 servings.
