Norwegian Open Faced Shrimp Sandwich


1. Cut each slice of bread diagonally to make two triangles. Toast the bread lightly.

2. Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, white pepper, lemon juice and dill. Spread on toast.

3. Put arugula leaves on toast.

4. Arrange shrimp on top of arugula leaves.

5. Top with red pepper rings and garnish with fresh dill sprig.

6. Serve.
