1. Heat 2- 3 tbsp oil in a pan. 2. In the meantime, combine all the ingredients except'oil for shallow frying', in a bowl. 3. Mix well, using your hands. 4. Make tikkis (flattened balls) out of this. 5. Shallow fry in oil on both sides till lightly brown. 6.
