1. Put Oats and Milk/Water into a plate. 2. Heat in Microwave for 30 sec. 3. Take out the Plate. 4. Add Vanilla, Sugar, and Cinnamon. 5. If desired, add 1 Tablespoon of Flax seed. 6.
