Oats And Pumpkin Evening Cake


1. Heat oven to 180° C / 350°F.

2. Cream sugar and soft margarine until fluffy.

3. Mix in grated pumpkin and egg whites.

4. Combine flour, 1 1/4 cups oats and remaining ingredients in a separate bowl & Gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix until well combined.

5. Pour into a cake tine & bake for approx 50 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
