October Spaghetti


1. Boil spaghetti, drain and set aside.

2. In spaghetti pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil, garlic and shallot, and red onion; cook until onions are translucent.

3. Add tomatoes and 1/2 can juice; cook until hot.

4. Add spaghetti and toss.

5. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
