1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 4 minutes or until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet. 2. Stir onion and bell pepper into same skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans, tomatoes and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
