1. Wash and dry the okra. 2. Cut of the stem. 3. Shred the okra Length-wise (4 Shreds per okra Minimum). 4. Dry the shredded okra. 5. Add all the other ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly. 6. Note that the individual shreds should get coated by the mixture. 7. Ensure that the coating is thick and is not running at all. 8. Heat oil in a wok. 9. Fry okra in hot oil in small batches. 10. Fry till brown. 11. Remove excess oil by draining on paper towel. 12. DO NOT COVER AT ALL. 13.
